Terms and Creator Rules

1. Terms of Service

MoBword Live Studio ("we") provides digital creative tools for video, voice, image and related content creation, including real-time video and voice transformation at livemobword.com.

By creating an account or using MoBword Live Studio you agree to these Terms, the Creator Rules, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Virtual Token Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Payment/Refund Policy below.

You are responsible for the content you submit, transform, generate, download, publish or share using MoBword Live Studio.

2. Account Rules

• Provide accurate account information.
• Protect your login credentials and access token.
• Do not share your account where this is prohibited or to circumvent restrictions.
• Do not create accounts to evade restrictions or suspensions.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account.
• Report suspected unauthorized access to us immediately via Support.

3. Creator Rules & Acceptable Use

Only upload, process, transform, generate, download or publish content you have the necessary rights, permission, consent or lawful basis to use.

You must not use MoBword Live Studio for:

• Fraud, scams or phishing
• Identity theft
• Extortion, threats or harassment
• Non-consensual sexual or intimate content
• Deceptive impersonation, or using another person's face or voice to deceive people
• Unauthorized voice cloning, or unauthorized use of another person's image or likeness
• Defamation or malicious manipulation
• Illegal activity, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights
• Malware or attacks against MoBword Live Studio
• Attempts to bypass authentication, token limits, payment controls, rate limits or security systems
• Account sharing intended to circumvent restrictions
• Automated abuse of the service

4. Entertainment & Parody vs. Deceptive Impersonation

Harmless entertainment, comedy and parody that viewers can reasonably recognise as a transformation or performance is welcome.

Deceptive impersonation is not: presenting transformed video or voice as a real person in order to mislead people, obtain money, information or access, damage someone's reputation, or make it appear that someone said or did something they did not.

5. Face, Video & Voice Consent

If you submit another person's face, image, video, voice, audio or other personal information, you are responsible for having the necessary permission, consent or other lawful basis.

You must not use MoBword Live Studio to deceive people by pretending to be another person.

You must not use generated or transformed voice or video to commit fraud, harassment, threats, scams or other unlawful activity.

6. Virtual Token Rules

Virtual tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for currency or monetary compensation.

• Tokens (Video Credits) are digital usage units for MoBword Live Studio services.
• Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts or sold to another user.
• Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn from MoBword Live Studio.
• You must not attempt to manipulate, duplicate, exploit or bypass token balances.
• Token usage is determined by the applicable MoBword Live Studio service and its displayed usage rules.
• MoBword Live Studio may correct obvious technical or accounting errors while maintaining an audit trail.
• Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. AI & Third-Party Processing

Some MoBword Live Studio features use third-party technology providers, including Decart (real-time video transformation) and ElevenLabs (voice transformation).

When you activate a feature that requires third-party processing, the relevant input may be transmitted to the applicable provider. Depending on the feature this may include video, audio, voice, images, text or other required input.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies; MoBword Live Studio does not control their independent processing practices. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit.

8. Downloaded & Generated Content

You are responsible for how you use, publish, distribute or monetize content you generate or download.

MoBword Live Studio does not grant you rights to third-party material that you did not have the right to use before submitting it.

You must comply with applicable laws and the rights of other people.

9. Platform Abuse & Enforcement

MoBword Live Studio may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for serious Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security attacks, payment abuse, token manipulation, circumvention of technical restrictions, illegal use or repeated violations. Where appropriate we keep an audit record.

Legitimately purchased balances are not automatically deleted merely because an account is restricted; they are handled according to these Terms, the transaction history, applicable law and the specific circumstances.

10. Third-Party Services & Availability

Some functionality depends on third-party services and APIs. Temporary outages, provider limitations, network problems or third-party failures may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

12. Payment & Refund Policy

Video Credits are sold in packages of 100 Video Credits for ₦2,000. The package, price and number of credits are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Kora or, where offered, by manual bank transfer verified by our team before credits are added.

Virtual tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for currency or monetary compensation.

If a payment is charged but credits are not added, or you believe you were charged in error, contact Support with your payment reference and we will investigate. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

When these Terms change we publish a new version. You will be told the Terms have been updated and asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
